1) Lexmark let us down: I own this product and used it with Windows XP and it was fine. I then upgraded to Windows Vista and Lexmark just provided upgraded drivers for the printer and not the scanner or photo card. So with the upgrade to Vista, this product becomes a glorified printer. Very, very disappointed in Lexmark as a company and I will never ever do business with the company or buy any of their products again.

My advice is for you to do the same.
2) Disappointed: Very disappointed. As with many other products, Lexmark didn"t update the printer drivers to be completely compatible with Windows Vista. Can only print & nothing else. No longer an all-in-one. A waste of money.
