1) Get This Hard Drive!: This is a very good hard drive. It is whisper quiet. I have never had a single problem. I disagree with the other review who said you couldn"t turn this hard drive off. You push in on the power button and hold it a couple of seconds and it goes off. You will not be dissapointed with this Hard Drive!!
2) a pretty good basic external hard drive: It"s a pretty decent external hard drive. USB 2.0 connection seems a little slow when transferring large files, and the drive won"t turn off unless it"s physically unplugged from the host computer. Other than that, it"s very reliable, and a pretty good bargain for the storage capacity.
