1) POS, bad tech support: Maybe i received a bad one, but this thing sucks. I could not connect using the supplied software or through typing in the IP address and password. I then called tech support (mercifully, a toll free number) just to wait 15 minutes. After the wait, someone came on and said tech support was busy and would i like to be called back. I said ok, but no one ever called back.

Maybe you"ll get one that works, but i think it"s a roll of the dice. I bought a Zyxel X-550 to replace it, and it was the easiest router i have ever set up. it costs $70, but well worth the aggravation. This thing stole an hour and a half of my life and i want it back!
2) Poor customer service. Faulty router: I bought this product about 7 months back. Since then I can only say it has worked partially for me. The configuration SW that comes with it and user guide make the installation VERY EASY. I could get it setup in less than 15 min. But thats where all the good things come to an end with this router. First I had trouble where the wireless access would keep breaking for 4-2 sec every 3-5 min. This was extremely annoying since I would be loggout out of gaming sites in between the games. I called their customer service center. Representatives are NEVER available. Someone will answer the call and say that he is only an operator and technical support person will call me back. This happened for 3-4 times, finally I got fed up and blasted this operator, he immediately connected me to a rep. The rep was not of any use. Emails were exchanged for nearly 1 month with no resolution. Finally in oct-07 they came up with SW upgrade for router and I installed it and that seems to fix the issue. Then recently suddenly the router cannot handle more than 1 link. I have 2 PCs. The first one once its active the second one slows down dramatically. Again I am trying to talk with technical support but they are not returning the calls.
very poor experience. Stay away from this router. I got lured due to cost ($10 after MIR) but now I realize its not worth it.

Very Easy to use and install, even who do not know wireless. The tutorial is all in graphics and animations, an example for every product of anykind.

The signal is VERY powerfull. Do not worry with walls, mirrors, doors, rain, etc...the signal will come to your computer!
4) Great little router / Tech support horrible: My buffalo router would drop and gets choppy playing videos so tried this out for $10. Didn"t get it to work to called tech support. DO NOT call them at night; you have to leave name and # they call you back 3 days later when you are not home. Finally got hold of someone 5am (best time to call by the way) and they could not figure out why i could not connect to the internet. After 3 tech support calls, I finally figured that I had to specify a mac address also since my dsl uses a static ip address. Surprised they didn"t know that. Anyway, router works great without any hiccups. Great buy (if you dont need tech support) !!
5) Horrible router: The firmware is bad, the range is awful, It loses connection a lot. Its just really bad. On top of that Amazon had 2 rebates with it which was the only reason I bought it, and the rebates did not work. Both required the original UPC. Mad in Ohio with a crappy router. The only plus with this router is that is really small.
